Credit Card Information

We do not keep or store any credit card information on our server. We only keep a record of the transaction for administration purposes to keep track of your purchase history. We may recall your purchase history in the event of a warranty claim or simply recall it to see that you are a loyal customer and give you a special crazy deal on your next purchase.
Kind Note: The record of transaction does not reveal your complete credit card number.
We use PayPal as our main payment processor for all credit cards. Aussie ink and Toner do not process your payments. PayPal strive to protect your information and keep it private and secure by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer software). SSL software encrypts the information you input.
Note: Always sign out/off after any transaction, especially if you are using a shared computer.

Fraud

In the event that a fraudulent transaction has been made, we may be asked by the relevant investigating bodies to provide any personal information to assist in their investigations. Note that we are obliged by governing law to release any information about you.
If you have had a fraudulent transaction made against you, contact your financial institution immediately and cancel any credit card that may have been used for the transaction then contact us, as we may be able to find a way from blocking your credit card from performing any future transactions.
We are confident that you will not object to us providing your information to any investigating bodies. Australia is somewhat of a free country so if you feel the need to object to this statement, please feel free to contact us and voice your opinion.

Your Children

Believe it or not, we have experienced instances when the under aged child/children of the credit card owner have made purchases from us, using their parent’s details. To avoid embarrassment and the involvement of any investigating bodies, please keep your credit cards and user names and passwords secure and away from your children or simply be present whilst they make the purchase.
If you do not recall making a purchase from us, please check that your child/children have not made the transaction before you immediately call you financial institution, police or Aussie Ink and Toner.
