Fast Flat-Rate Shipping anywhere in Australia on ALL orders under $20.

AussieInkandToner.com.au uses Australia Post, and various courier companies as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 1 business day and delivery time is 2-5 business days nationwide. Shipping may take longer for rural and remote areas. click here to check where you are.

Actually for most states and most orders, your order might reach earlier, in majority of cases within an amazing one business day! If you have a more urgent need, you may contact us directly and request a quote for an Australia Post’s, Next Day, Express Post Delivery Services.

AussieInkandToner.com.au will not be shipping on either 24/12/2012 or 31/12/2012. All orders will be processed the next business day.

If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that email from the domain AussieInkandToner.com.au.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number should reach you when your order ships.

AussieInkandToner.com.au.com retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests (Next Day Service etc.), bulk orders that require special shipping, and pallet orders. AussieInkandToner.com.au.com will contact the customer prior to shipment if such items apply.

Returns

All requests for returns must be made by simply clicking here.

It is important that you include your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement. Your Return request will be attended to promptly and our Returns staff will contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Contacting Us)

A return authorization must be requested by emailing us within 30 days from date of invoice.

Along with your Email Request, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your purchases ONLY for the following reasons:

Defective on arrival – consumables only

Otherwise the following may apply:

A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns.

Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns.

Returned consumables like ink and toner found to be less than 80% full on return will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed to by Aussie Ink and Toner.

Returned products must be in their original packaging.

If you choose the Refund option, and you meet all criteria, a credit will be issued to the same credit card you used to make the purchase, upon receipt of the returned product.
